රියෙන් බැස හිස්වැසුම් පාවහන් ගලවා නිහඬව යායුතුයැයි
මීට වසර දෙදහස් එකසිය හැත්තෑහතරකට පෙර අණදුන් දුටුගැමුණු මහරජතුමණි.!
අපේ නව රජතුමා ගිය වසරේදී සකළවිධ බටහිර ජාතින්ගේ විරෝධය නොතකමින් එළාර රජුගේ සහස්රයේ අවතාරය නසමින්, එදා ඔබවහන්සේ කළ වික්රමය පුනරාවර්තනය කළසේක.
එපමණක් නොව සතුරාගේ සොහොනට ගරුකිරීමේ ඔබේ අණ අදද පිළිපදින්නෙමු.

සියළු ජනයාටම එකඟවිය හැකි වීරයන් හෝ ත්රස්තයන් නොමැත.එකෙකුගේ වීරයා තවකෙකුට ත්රස්තයෙකි.
ලංකාවෙන්ම ඇති තරම් උදාහරණ ඇත.රොහණ විජේවීර රජයට ත්රස්තයකු වුවද අදද ඔහුව වීරයකු ලෙස මෙරට ජනතාවගෙන් කොටසක්ම පිදුම් ලබයි.
සරත් ෆොන්සේකා සමස්ත සිංහල ජනයාගේම විරයකු වුයේ වසරකටත් අඩු කාලයකටයි.
දැන් සිංහලයන්ගේ කොටසකටත්, ආණ්ඩුවටත් ඔහු ද්රෝහියෙකි.
එසේ වූකළ පිරිබාහරන් වද දෙමළ ජන කොටසකගේ වීරයෙකි.
නමුත් මා බලාපොරොත්තුවූයේ මළකුනකට සොහොනකට ගරු කරන්න පුරුදුව සිටි අප මේ කරනදේ විමසීමය.
(1971 සිට අද දක්වා වූ කාල පරායාසයේ මෙය දරුණු ලෙස පිරිහී ඇත.)

Simple reason. Those memories should be wiped out. All the physical traces which reminds terrorism and give them heroic status must be gone.
That is why they do that and they have to do that.

Its not a simple thing to wipe out memories by removing physical traces.That was tried by Talibans.
If we want to do it we must have fair parameters.
If we use government’s parameters to define terrorist we should remove all statues starting from Keppetipola.
yes its may ok to hard core Sinhalese parameters.
But how can we forget that there are other communities in sri lanka.
do we have right to remove others memories?
do you allow others to insult your relative’s grave ?

II’m not simply talking about hard core sinhalese parameters. And I may not agree with government for lot of things. But this is something I agree.
Yes..there are other comminities live in SL. And I have no problem with that. Please don’t try to compare taliban with government.
yes..it is not possible to wipe out memories by wiping all the physical traces. But that will help in long term to stop make them reminding.
Do you categorize Elara and Pirabaharan in same level?
Do you think keep all those maha weera cemetaries intact is the best thing do?

1.Yes I also dont agree with government for lot of things.But i disagree with this move.
2.I didnt try to compare Taliban with our government.I mean the idea of removing physical traces is equal to Taliban’s act.
3.I dont categorize King Elara and Piribaharan in same level.There is more than 2000 years gap between them.Thats why I mentioned it as Elara of millennium.but my wording may read as otherway and Ill try to corect it if its possible.
3.Yes I think all those maha weera cemetaries must keep intact and it is the best thing do.Because then we dont insult others grave and future generation will learn from it. as they can see ” the cost of terrorism and separatism.”
I respect your rights to express your opinion and same time I request all Sri lankan to respect dead bodies and grave as they want do any harm to you.
